At TouK we have so called TouK\u2019s Thursday Breakfast.<\/a> It\u2019s name comes from King Stanis\u0142aw II August<\/a>\u2018s\u00a0idea of\u00a0Thursday Dinners<\/a>. Our implementation<\/em>\u00a0is as a breakfast as it takes time at 10 am.
\nWe gather from time to time on Thursday to discuss some interesting topics that are non-technical. For example we summarize projects, discuss important events in company\u2019s life, etc.<\/p>\n

Technical topics we discuss on Fridays during TouK Weekly Workshops<\/a>.<\/p>\n

This time we tried to activate all employees to share thier sources of knowledge \u2013 interesting Internet addresses: pages, blogs, vlogs etc. It could be done with an \u201cordinary\u201d Google Forms poll but we love to do it differently. We\u2019ve made a voting cards and voting box.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ve put it in the kitchen and made a call to action with special posters.<\/p>\n

On that very day most of the company came and we\u2019ve discussed all proposals.<\/p>\n

There were two hosts \u2013 me and my colleague Tomasz<\/a>. We\u2019ve pulled out every card and asked the author to say a few words about this particular knowledge source. We\u2019ve also presented this page on projector wall. Lot\u2019s of new ideas appeared.<\/p>\n

But where\u2019s the fun?\u00a0<\/strong>
\nThis was a surprise for all. Me and Tomasz were disguised as company owners. We were\u00a0 acting like them even with some typical gestures. People were laughting all the time and it was really nice.<\/p>\n
