Service Desk

Technical support we offer to our customers in maintaining the systems provided by TouK is an important part of what we do.
 

The Service Desk:

  • receives notifications from customers on the incidents in the systems maintained by TouK;
  • verifies correctness and completeness of notifications;
  • diagnoses the problems;
  • refers unsolved problems to the relevant Tech Teams;
  • monitors handling of the notified incidents;
  • reports;
  • takes control over subsequent applications designed at TouK;
  • prepares to work on a shift basis.
