Service Desk
Technical support we offer to our customers in maintaining the systems provided by TouK is an important part of what we do.
The Service Desk:
- receives notifications from customers on the incidents in the systems maintained by TouK;
- verifies correctness and completeness of notifications;
- diagnoses the problems;
- refers unsolved problems to the relevant Tech Teams;
- monitors handling of the notified incidents;
- reports;
- takes control over subsequent applications designed at TouK;
- prepares to work on a shift basis.
