Trainees wanted

Once again during holidays, TouK opens its door to students. This year, we will invite two to participate in the Apache HISE open source project. It is worth the effort!

HISE (Human Interactions Service Engine) is a project developed by TouK which is currently supported by the Apache Incubator. The project’s objective is to include tasks performed by humans in the framework of  business processes in the web services orchestration mechanism. By developing Apache HISE, TouK creates a tool to use in commercial projects. But it is equally important to us to contribute to developing the open Apache community.

TouK trainees will also provide input to this excellent community. It is an opportunity to gain unique experience (the team will be supervised by a member of the Apache ODE Project Management Committee) and to introduce one’s name to the world in the context of the latest IT technology.

The internship project starts on  July 1 and will continue until August 31. The programme involves a full‑time job for a remuneration, of course.

The internship will be available for those currently about to finish their fourth year of studies. We expect the candidates to be familiar with Java, XML and XML Schema.

Send your applications and CVs to praca@touk.pl, with 'Internship' as the subject line of your e-mail, by the end of May. All successful applicants will be notified by 11 June.
